He has focused primarily on residential projects in the Philadelphia PA and Dayton Oh. She is the daughter of successful serial entrepreneurs Dr. Sandra Sydnor and Jeffery Thompson Sr. She is second generation real estate developer and an avid philanthropist  

Jerrod "Jay" Moore - With over 10 years in the industry, Jay has been successful in the acquisition, rehabilitation, refinancing, and renting of real estate projects. He has focused primarily on residential projects in the Philadelphia PA and Dayton Oh. He is a proud husband and Philly resident and the son of a 30 year military veteran.
